I had my doubts because my credit score isn’t the greatest (thanks to Covid era) Joe told me my credit made me eligible for a cash out refinance, and he was right. It took around 45 days to close and receive the money. They do not have internal underwriting so it will take a little longer than usual. Tim was amazing, he was texting me through the whole process and kept reassuring me everything was fine. If your credit isn’t perfect and other lenders said they could help and couldn’t try out his lender! They use a traveling notary to close. Which was flawless and easy. I highly recommend and I will use them again!

The Top Flight Financial, Inc was one of easiest Company that I have ever worked with. All of the guys were very helpful and responded to any concerns I had in a very timely manner. I was kept informed thru the hold process. AJ, walked me thru things on the computer that I never thought I could learn how to do. Jon, AJ and Nick are a great team of guys to work for your
Company. Keep up the good work. Some times they would spend an hour reassuring me that some times the creditors would give them a hard time, and they always kept me informed. I can’t thank you all enough for a job well done for me.
