This was the second time I chose to work with ******* *****. From the first time working with her I felt she was honest. She never gave us false infmation, she never promised anything that she did not deliver. We did not feel pushed to do anyone paticualr loan. She would give us the information and would answer allof our qustions. I never waitied more than 24 hours for a response from her or any of her team. (even when she was on vacation!)
I truly appreciated Lindsay’s genuine caring; I am certain she had many other loans going at the same time, but we never felt that. We felt like she was there for us 100% of the time. Even when the loan was moving along to the underwriters and such, we could message *******, and she would find out anything we were wondering about or questioning.

We worked with Ray and he was a pleasure to work with. The process was pretty easy and almost entirely virtual!
One thing I didn’t like was paper checks to pay off our debt! That made that part of the process much more stressful than needed!
