Using our proven Haven Framework, you’ll help families make sense of their options, see beyond the rate, and build long-term stability through smarter use of equity.

  • Connect with warm, qualified leads provided by Haven.
  • Educate families so they feel confident in their decisions.
  • Use our systems to simplify the process and keep things moving.
  • Work closely with our support teams to deliver smooth closings.
  • Average loan officers here build six-figure incomes.
  • Top performers earn $200k-400k + and average more than $2M/month in production – all on 100% company-provided leads.

Unlike most lenders, you won’t be left on your own. Daily coaching and weekly call reviews are built into your ramp.
