Using our proven Haven Framework, you’ll help families make sense of their options, see beyond the rate, and build long-term stability through smarter use of equity.
What you’ll do
- Connect with warm, qualified leads provided by Haven.
- Educate families so they feel confident in their decisions.
- Use our systems to simplify the process and keep things moving.
- Work closely with our support teams to deliver smooth closings.
What great looks like
- Average loan officers here build six-figure incomes.
- Top performers earn $200k-400k + and average more than $2M/month in production – all on 100% company-provided leads.
- Success isn’t just numbers – persistence, empathy, communication, and resilience are the traits that set top performers apart.
- The scorecard that drives performance measures more than volume: activity quality, pipeline health, production, and customer experience.
Your first 90 days
Unlike most lenders, you won’t be left on your own. Daily coaching and weekly call reviews are built into your ramp.
- Days 1–10: Licensing, training, and onboarding.
- Days 11–30:Begin shadowing and light outreach.
- Days 31–60: Take ownership of conversations with support and feedback.
- Days 61–90: Manage your own pipeline with confidence and consistency

The 13-week draw is forgivable – designed to support your start, not hold you back. During this time, you’ll focus on training, outreach, and building your pipeline without worrying about your paycheck.

- Weeks 9–13: momentum increases, preparing for transition.
- Weeks 14+: draw + commission in effect; bonuses tied to benchmarks.
